Practical Information for Álfheimr Festival 2017:

The gates to the festival will open at 15:00 Tuesday 18.07.2017. The festival will end on Sunday 23.07.2017 around 12 in daytime.

Art of Flow will be building a flow space on the festival. This will be the only area where it is allowed to flow with flames. The flow space will be equipt with first aid, fire blankets ++

The festival area will have several options for food such as Álfheimr’s own Café-Crew!

There will be several free drinking water stations on the festival.

There will be NO alcohol sales on the festival property. If you want to drink alcohol you will have to bring your own. If bringing beer or similar drinks please bring cans, NOT glass bottles!

Campfires are not allowed, there will be several designated fireplaces on the festival area.

In case of rain there will be several places on the festival with a roof, but depending on the amount of guests it might not be enough to house everyone comfortably. Bring rain clothing if you want to be 100% sure to stay dry.
For international guests it might be worth knowing that it can become quite cold in the nights. Bring warm clothing!

There is several good fishing lakes close to the festival area. To fish you have to buy a fishing license in advance, or pay with your phone for one. Read more about this here:

How to get there?

Take any train or bus to Kongsvinger.
From Kongsvinger take bus number “500 Elverum” and get off on the stop called “Jammerdal”. We will arrange shuttle transport from Jammerdal and up to the festival area for people arriving with the bus.

The last part with just minutes of forest roads will be included in a new post closer to the festival event.”

The ticket prices will be higher in the door then online. We recommend people to buy and print their tickets before they arrive at the festival. There is a limit of 750 guests in total for this edition.
